Topic of the call:
In this call we are going to talk about distributed leadership and self-organisation. We are going to learn and discuss the core principles of self-organised teams like circles, roles and accountabilities, operational and governance meetings. You are able to reflect your own leadership style, and leadership style of your team. We cover questions like:
How is my team structured in terms of clarity of roles and responsibilities?
How do we make decisions?
How do we work/improve our team structure?
Lukas will do a 20min introduction to the topic. There will be two reflection questions.
